01

Costs should appear before confirmation

The platform fee page reads the currently configured opening trading fee and execution adjustment. Product-specific early-exit penalties come from active staking and fixed-savings products.

02

Different records serve different purposes

  • Trade confirmations describe a quote and execution.
  • Portfolio statements summarize positions and performance.
  • The account ledger records cash, fees, realized results, rewards, interest, and principal movements.
  • Tax Center CSV files export raw ledger records without applying tax law.
03

External costs

Banks, payment intermediaries, networks, currency providers, and tax authorities can impose costs outside the Ohana Capital ledger. A page stating that no platform fee is configured is not a promise that no external cost exists.

Continue when ready

Availability depends on account status, verification, jurisdiction, product configuration, and current platform controls.
